ADHD Coaching with Sylvie
Kind. Brain-based. No BS. Excessively compassionate.
If you’re here, you’re probably tired of trying to cram your wonderfully wired brain into someone else’s idea of how life should work. You might be newly diagnosed, newly curious, or just plain done with the struggle.
Welcome, friend. Let’s figure this out — together.

What I Do
I’m an ADHD coach with a brain-based, science-backed approach that’s equal parts kind, practical, and honest. My coaching is collaborative — you bring your lived experience, I bring the tools (and the – metaphorical – tea). Together, we work toward building a life that works for you, not just one that looks good on paper.
I specialize in working with:
Newly diagnosed adults (especially women)
Post-secondary students navigating the chaos of academia
Neurodivergent folks trying to make their lives easier, not harder
How It Works
I offer virtual 1-on-1 coaching for folks who are ready to stop spinning their wheels and start building something that fits. Sessions are one hour long and can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — whatever suits your needs and bandwidth.
Coaching is based on a Co-Active model, which means we work as partners. You set the goals, I ask the weirdly specific questions that help you connect the dots.
Together, we’ll explore:
What’s getting in your way (spoiler: it’s not laziness)
How to accommodate yourself in small, meaningful ways
How to stop “shoulding” on yourself and start shaping a life that works for your brain
What You’ll Get Out of It
Tools, strategies, and aha moments that are actually useful for your brain
Clarity around what you want — not what you’ve been told to want
A more compassionate relationship with yourself
Small changes that make your life actually easier, not just more “productive”
You’re not broken. You’re not lazy. And you’re definitely not alone.
